The purpose of this seminar is to discuss the most significant financial statement presentation and disclosure requirements under US GAAP. Preparing financial statements under US GAAP is essential in ensuring financial information provides useful information to owners, investors, creditors, and other stakeholders in their decision-making processes. This seminar is prepared focused on presentation and disclosure requirements for non-public companies.

Objectives: Upon completion of this course participants should be able to:
