A general overview of the basic concepts around digital Assets such as cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens, and the technology that enables these digital assets. Discuss and overview of the Metaverse and how it can help as a productivity and communications tool.
Objectives: Upon completion of this course participants should be able to:
- Know the key definitions and concepts surrounding the world digital assets.
- Understand the technology behind digital assets: blockchain.
- Discuss the basic accounting and tax treatment of crypto assets.
- Obtain a general understanding of the Metaverse and how it can serve as a tool to improve productivity and communication in a “remote” environment.

Materials: This course will be paperless and the materials will be distributed electronically. Download them through "Mi Perfil", on the Colegio's website, where will be available for seven days after the event. Electronic devices may be brought to the classroom to access the downloaded materials.
