Discussion of the most recent GASB's pronouncements and requirements which affect governmental entities. Overview of changes in other guidance directed towards this sector such as the Yellow Book and OMB Circulars.

1. Describe the most recent GASB requirements which apply to governmental entities.
2. Describe changes to existing requirements for government adopted by other regulatory sources such as OMB and GAO.
