This course provides a summary description of the important fields related to the accounting for the stockholder's equity including tax, audit and disclosures to financial statements, through the authoritative literature and simple accounting examples and exercises.
Objectives: Upon completion of this course participants will be able to:

2. Use the accounting for stockholder's equity.
3. Describe the tax treatment for stockholder's equity.
4. Explain audit procedures related to stockholder's equity.
5. Describe stockholder's equity disclosures to the financial statements.
