Workpaper Documentation for Different Audit Areas: Preparation, Organization, Procedure, and Examples for New Staffs

Two-part seminar for new auditors. It will teach organization of workpapers and how to document areas usually assigned to staff for different audit areas.  Will address contents of a workpaper and preparation techniques. Documenting the different types of procedures. Discussion of illustrative workpapers.

Objectives: Upon completion of this course participants should be able to:

1. Apply the basic standards, rules and techniques regarding workpaper preparation and audit documentation.
2. Identify the working papers documentation techniques and supporting documents needed by area.
